We are currently seeking young candidates, preferably with some initial professional experience in the following areas:
Student Services Office
Candidates should demonstrate:
experience in the administrative management of enrolment procedures;
ability to review and verify applicants’ documentation;
experience in managing student academic records (activation, updates, closure);
familiarity with ranking procedures and related administrative processes;
International Office
Candidates should demonstrate:
ability to provide administrative and informational support to international applicants and students;
experience with procedures related to pre-enrolment, entry clearance, visas, and residence permits;
ability to liaise with diplomatic and consular authorities, as well as immigration offices;
experience in reception and orientation activities for international students;
Academic Affairs Office
Candidates should demonstrate:
experience in coordinating admission procedures;
ability to support the preparation of calls for applications in coordination with relevant offices;
experience in organizing admission tests and supporting selection committees;
ability to ensure alignment between procedures and the academic offer;
Communications Office
Candidates should demonstrate:
ability to manage the dissemination of institutional information related to admissions;
experience in publishing and promoting calls for applications across national and international channels;
ability to contribute to the development of multilingual communication materials;
experience in managing institutional communication with applicants;
