Position: Officer / Senior Professional in University Academic Administration
Indicative Salary (RAL): €40,000–€50,000, depending on experience and growth potential
The University is seeking an experienced professional to strengthen the management, coordination, and monitoring of academic activities. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Directorate, supporting the structures responsible for degree programmes, with responsibilities and operational autonomy commensurate with their technical and interpersonal competencies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage student recruitment processes, using dedicated application systems for all enrolment-related phases;
Oversee and manage academic processes for degree programmes (planning, calendars, timetables, examination sessions);
Provide support to academic bodies (Degree Programme Boards, Teaching Committees, Quality Assurance Units);
Manage academic information and documentation flows leveraging the university's information systems;
Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports for accreditation and evaluation purposes;
Liaise with faculty, students, and central offices to address operational issues;
Manage administrative relations and correspondence with the Ministry of University and Research (MUR);
Contribute to the review and optimization of administrative processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in university academic administration or related fields;
Strong knowledge of Italian higher education regulations (Law 240/2010, subsequent decrees, AVA3 framework, periodic accreditation);
Advanced skills in information systems and data analysis tools;
Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork attitude;
Good command of English is considered an asset.
Offer
Permanent contract, subject to a probation period;

The University is seeking an experienced professional to enhance operational activities and coordinate functions related to the management of university personnel, with particular focus on academic staff. The role reports directly to the General Directorate and involves supporting institutional structures, with responsibilities aligned to the candidate’s expertise and professional capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage academic staff recruitment processes (calls for applications, publication, selection committees, administrative support to committees, regulatory compliance, administrative aspects of disputes, hiring procedures);
Oversee and manage salary processing for academic staff;
Coordinate relations with ministries—primarily the MUR—and other university administrations;
Support all activities related to the management of academic and administrative staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in university HR administration or related fields;
Strong knowledge of Italian higher education regulations, particularly regarding university personnel (Law 240/2010 and subsequent provisions);
