Noting the subsequent incompatibility of a member of the Selection Committee, the selection procedure announced by Rector’s Decree No. 007/2026 for the filling of one fixed-term tenure-track researcher (RTT) position pursuant to Article 24 of Law No. 240/2010, at UNINEUROMED – Neuromed Mediterranean University of Sciences and Technologies, Bachelor’s Degree Program in Cognitive Sciences and Mind Studies – Pozzilli (IS) campus.

Art. 1. Acknowledgment of Resignation from Office
The resignation from the position of member of the Selection Committee submitted by Prof. Mariangela Lombardi is hereby acknowledged, following the determination of a situation of supervening incompatibility.
Art. 2. Reappointment of members and subsequent procedures
In order to ensure the smooth continuation of the Selection Committee’s work, a new Professor or Tenured Researcher belonging to the Disciplinary Scientific Group 09/IMAT-01 – Materials Science and Technology, Scientific Sector
IMAT-01/A – Materials Science and Technology, by means of a specific Rector’s Decree, for the purpose of reconstituting the Selection Committee in its updated composition.

This decree is published on the University’s institutional website in the “University/Competition Announcements” section. Publication serves as notification for all legal purposes.
